The pinout for the PLCC plug corresponds to the pinout for a 27C4004 memory device.
The two 8-bit EPROMs (DIL) are connected to D15-D8 and D7-D0 respectively. The address lines A0-A17, /CS, /OE, VCC and GND are common for the two 8-bit EPROMs.
